I was just wondering if anyone is having this same problem. Since realm came back up my family can not get in. Hubby, son and I keep getting an error that says password is wrong. I have emailed support with no response. Getting a little upset since we just paid for a year for all three of us.

Where these new accounts? I heard something about paswords not being set properly on new accounts (since the migration).

Realm CS sent me back saying there was a rollback to May 15, 3 days before I joined. I had spent some time making a level 170 wizzie, my friend had joined same time as me, and I signed up for a second account; they will have 3 less accounts since we will be quitting...

I myself can be found seldomly on the USWest Battle.net server playing Diablo II: Lord of Destruction... At least then I don't have to worry about paying to play a game that doesn't bother with user safety on their accounts...

CS did respond finally and they were looking for our accounts but now since reading this i see they won't find them but i have been charged since i paid for all three accounts for the year. I really don't mind leveling again if they just get us back in that is LOL.. I do feel bad cuz someone helped us with equipment since we were returning and had nothing left. Oh well we shall see what happens.
My son and I tried runescape but its all young kids looking for girlfriends and boy friends LOL which for an old lady is quite funny hahahahahah
