To all customers -
We understand that many of you are still unable to access accounts after the time-warp over the weekend. Those of you with accounts created after the 13th of May (the date that the time-warp reverted us to) are in a position where you cannot access in-game staff. Reporting this to customer service is a top priority, and as such the following policy is in affect.
If you have an account that was created after 13th May 2007, and are now unable to access that account, please email cs@realmserver.com from the address associated with the missing account, and using the title "Time Warp Account Lost". This will allow you to get in contact directly with Customer Service as quickly as possible and ensure we are able to return an account to its owner.
Those of you with existing accounts that have switched to unpaid status due to the time-warp should not use the above title, but instead use "Unpaid After Time Warp" as a title.
We are hoping to resolve all residual problems with billing and accounts as quickly as possible for all customers. Using the designated titles will allow us to help you faster - so please make use of the correct titles with your emails.
